Fare Increase    
 

Fare Increase Effective October 1, 2004

Effective October 1, 2004 Bloomington-Normal Public Transit System fares will be raised. A complete listing of the new fare changes are as follows:

Fixed Route Fares New Fare
Adult cash each: 75¢
Adult tokens (in lots of 10) each: 75¢
Adult Fast Pass (unlimited ride monthly pass) each: $22.00
Senior/Disabled cash each: 35¢
Senior tokens (in lots of 10) each: 35¢
Children (kindergarten and younger) if accompanied by a fare paying rider: Free
Special Service Fares New Fare
ADA eligible riders each: $1.50

and their traveling companions each:

$1.50
and their personal attendants each:
Free
ADA eligible riders (prepaid monthly access) each: $44.00
All other passengers each: $3.00
After Hours Fares New Fare
ADA eligible riders each: $1.50
All other riders: $3.00
Multiple riders - common origin and destination  
1st rider - applicable fare each
 
2nd and greater rider each:
75¢
Children each, 12 and under, accompanying a fare paying rider: Free
